All items are designed exclusively for pets and are not intended for human use.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we may accept, refuse, or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud or errors.


Once accepted and payment processed, an order becomes final. Cancellations or modifications may not be possible after processing begins.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. Posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, customs, or import fees.


You agree to provide valid payment and account information. By submitting payment details, you confirm authorization to use that payment method and agree to pay all associated charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing times depend on whether your item is ready-to-ship or made-to-order.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or customs.


Risk of loss transfers to you once products are handed to the shipping carrier.
We are not liable for delays or delivery errors beyond our control.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are final sale unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we are at fault.

  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos for review.

  • Refunds, repairs, or replacements are processed at our discretion once the returned product is inspected.

SECTION 7 – PET SAFETY & USE DISCLAIMER

Our clothing and accessories are for supervised use only. Always monitor your pet while wearing apparel, remove damaged items, and ensure proper fit.
We are not responsible for injury, damage, or misuse resulting from unsupervised wear, improper fit, or ingestion of materials.


Care instructions should be followed to maintain product integrity.

Little Milo’s Closet is powered by Shopify, which hosts our e-commerce platform.
However, your transactions occur directly with Little Milo’s Closet, not Shopify.
Shopify is not responsible for sales, products, or any resulting injury or damages.
By purchasing from us, you release Shopify and its affiliates from all related claims.

SECTION 12 – CUSTOM ORDERS & PREORDERS

For custom or preorder items, production begins once payment is confirmed.
Estimated completion dates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
Changes or cancellations to custom items are not permitted once production begins.

We are committed to ensuring our site is accessible to everyone.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.


Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Osceola County, Florida, under the Federal Arbitration Act, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.


You waive any right to participate in class or representative actions.
If any provision of this clause is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

SECTION 20 – TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms or unlawful activity.


Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to the termination date.
Sections regarding IP, liability, warranties, dispute resolution, and indemnification will survive termination.
